This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the tools provided by Toolvado for both personal and professional engineering tasks.

3. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes or in violation of any local, state, national, or international laws.
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Service's infrastructure or security.
• Scrape or bulk-harvest data from the site without express written permission.
• Re-sell or commercialize the tools as your own product without authorization.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TOOLVADO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that (i) the service will meet your requirements, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or (iii) the results obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Toolvado, its creators, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service.
